It can bring calm when they give themselves to something new, different than what is being experienced at the time. And if the facilitator focus the sessions with respect and love, this can help the activity a great deal,\u201d explains the missionary Luc\u00eda.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.missoeshumanitarias.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/10\/arte-desenho-terapeutico-respostahumanitaria-FFHI5.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-118435\" src=\"https:\/\/www.missoeshumanitarias.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/10\/arte-desenho-terapeutico-respostahumanitaria-FFHI5.jpg\" alt=\"Desenho Terap\u00eautico\" width=\"1280\" height=\"960\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: justify;\"><b>Drawing outlines, analyzing feelings<\/b><\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The missionary points out that in chaotic and traumatic situations, the drawing of figures has the person looking at an object, observing it and seeing it as real. \u201cA curved line rather than a straight one, for example, avoids the loss of reality and strengthens inner organization, it helps the person to center themselves. They can recognize the world and love it through that experience of drawing that, mainly, \u00a0brings tranquility and precision,\u201d analyzes Luc\u00eda.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.missoeshumanitarias.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/10\/arte-desenho-terapeutico-respostahumanitaria-FFHI3.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-118429 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/www.missoeshumanitarias.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/10\/arte-desenho-terapeutico-respostahumanitaria-FFHI3.jpg\" alt=\"Desenho Terap\u00eautico\" width=\"1000\" height=\"750\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">In this type of drawing, people are stimulated into looking outside of themselves, connecting with what they are observing, in addition to exercising their interest in the action, as they create outlines, lines, or a colored surface, coming to a form they can look at.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.missoeshumanitarias.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/10\/arte-desenho-terapeutico-respostahumanitaria-FFHI6.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-large wp-image-118710 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/www.missoeshumanitarias.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/10\/arte-desenho-terapeutico-respostahumanitaria-FFHI6-1024x704.jpg\" alt=\"Desenho Terap\u00eautico\" width=\"1024\" height=\"704\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The idea was to create an environment or atmosphere of the colors of the rainbow, which are luminous, beautiful. \u201cThe rainbow brings us joy, a warm giving of love to all beings of the world.\u201d<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.missoeshumanitarias.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/10\/arte-desenho-terapeutico-respostahumanitaria-FFHI4.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-118432 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/www.missoeshumanitarias.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/10\/arte-desenho-terapeutico-respostahumanitaria-FFHI4.jpg\" alt=\"Desenho Terap\u00eautico\" width=\"1280\" height=\"960\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>The proposal in this exercise, according to the missionary, is to create a play between light and darkness. \u201cIt requires strength and courage to enter the darkness,\u201d she emphasizes.<\/p>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: justify;\"><b>The process is more important than the result<\/b><\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u201cThe course was very good. We took a \u201cwalk\u201d through the art of drawing in a therapeutic way.
