All the videos, images, texts and any other material available in the electronic or physical media of the FRATERNITY – INTERNATIONAL HUMANITARIAN FEDERATION (FIHF) and of the FRATERNITY – INTERNATIONAL HUMANITARIAN MISSIONS (FIHM), as well as the respective channels on YouTube and other Social Networks, are their exclusive property, and every and all use is expressly prohibited, except in accordance with these terms, under penalty of applicable legal measures.
The content can only be published in their entirety and with an express reference to the pages and profiles of the entities mentioned above, expressly referring to the link or text where they can be found. None of the videos, images, texts or any other material made available can be used with commercial intent.
The use of the videos, images, texts and any other material is allowed for non-commercial purposes, and its fair use must necessarily meet the following requirements:
I. They cannot include any type of advertisement, before, during or after the content; II. They cannot include publicity banners; III. They cannot be used with commercial intent; IV. They cannot be used without an express reference to the source; V. The content cannot be altered in any way, be it an image, video or music, text or anything else, nor partially displayed, merged, edited or any other form of mischaracterization of the initial intent; VI. They cannot be used for harassing, insulting, critical or binding purposes with a negative image of any physical person or legal entity, group of people, associations, cooperatives, government agencies, etc.; VII. They must comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including ensuring that they are providing all necessary legal notifications to the people that use or view them.
The FRATERNITY – INTERNATIONAL HUMANITARIAN FEDERATION (FIHF) and the FRATERNITY – INTERNATIONAL HUMANITARIAN MISSIONS (FIHM) cannot be made responsible for the misuse of the content in question, whether in compliance or not with this policy. No link of what is being referenced necessarily reflects the opinion or vision of the FRATERNITY – INTERNATIONAL HUMANITARIAN FEDERATION (FIHF) and the FRATERNITY – INTERNATIONAL HUMANITARIAN MISSIONS (FIHM).
All policies described herein must be observed, and the decision to use any aspect of the content presented will automatically imply acceptance of these terms.
