Was recently translated into Portuguese by the Irdin Editora team in partnership with the Fraternity – International Humanitarian Federation (FIHF). It is a complementary guide to the Sphere Handbook, originally published in English by Sphere, and contains material and information applicable to urban scenarios, with the aim of establishing, promoting and revising quality standards for humanitarian actions in the preparation, allocation of resources, response, monitoring and protection of the interest of the population before, during and after disasters and crises.
