Several groups of the city of Boa Vista visited the CRI – Center of Reference to the Immigrant and made donations. One group donated meals, another group, composed by students, teachers and the dean of the State school of the city, donated food, toys, clothes, hygiene and cleaning items.
At night, a group of the Secretary of Justice promoted an event where food was served and toys were donated to the Indigenous refugees from Venezuela.
“We perceive that this spirit of Christmas is touching many people, and many groups have been in contact with the CRI to promote events with our brothers and sisters from Venezuela”, said Clara, a missionary of the Fraternidade – International Humanitarian Federation.
The missionaries go to the Fair of the “Passarão” to visit a child that had fractures and is immobilized and one youth that received hospital discharge.
