Diary of the Paraguay Mission – July 1
The group dedicates the morning to renovate the small house where the oldest couple of the Community of Puerto Bertoni lives: Mr Julio Pereira and Mrs. Lorenza Samaniego.
Distribution of food and educational material in the settlement, as well as in other indigenous communities near the city of Presidente Franco.
During the departure from the last community, one missionary suffers a wound in one of their toes of the right foot during a maneuver of the micro bus that transfers the group. He is quickly assisted and is recovering in the place of lodging, in Ciudad del Este.
