The members of the group that travelled to the city of Pacaraima return to Boa Vista.
During the morning, a part of the group stayed in the house where they are lodged, making food and doing a Vigil of Prayer. Another part made contact with the Secretary of Health of the State of Roraima to see the possibility of obtaining a place to assist the refugees.
A third group of missionaries conducted the daily task of collecting donations of food in the city, obtaining both fresh food and non-perishable food.
“This shows that the channel of donation and of manifestation is open”, commented Imer, a missionary of the Fraternidade – International Humanitarian Federation.
In the afternoon, the work of distribution of food and assistance to the refugees in the Fair “of the Passarão”, a place where a great part of them spend the night.
