Diary of Humanitarian Roraima Mission – Nov 12

The group of Missionaries of the Fraternidade – International Humanitarian Federation, paid home visits in different places of the city. They got to know places that, in a solidary way, open their doors to families of refugees from Venezuela. They shelter 20 to 30 people of all ages.

They also got in touch with a refuge created by the Evangelical Church, with capacity for 60 people, which is available for all immigrants, without discrimination of religion. Other places visited were the houses of inexpensive lodging, where many refugees also obtain shelter.

In all places food, clothes and other donation were distributed. Also fraternal hearing of the reports that the immigrants make about the situation in Venezuela.

In the base of operations installed in the Nucleus-of-Light of Figueira in Boa Vista, in Roraima, a part of the group dedicates itself to organizing all the information of transportation of the different areas of work of the Humanitarian Mission. The objective is to conduct the transference for the second group of missionaries that will arrive in Boa Vista next week.
