Last day of activities of the second group of missionaries of the Humanitarian Roraima Mission.
The Missionaries go to the bus station and take refugees from Venezuela to the Center of Reference to the Migrant, in the city of Boa Vista. Medical and dental attendance is conducted.
“The presence of the group today in the Center of Reference was very important, because it was the moment when we passed the format of assistance that is being offered by the Fraternidade to the volunteers that have joined this work for the refugees”, said Juliana, a missionary of the Fraternidade – International Humanitarian Federation.
Some Venezuelan volunteered to help fixing the food in the center. “We perceive that this seed of service is already beginning to flourish, that those who have come to receive are already beginning to serve”, said Clara, a missionary of the Fraternidade.
There was contact with the press and talk with some representatives of government organs, such as the judge of childhood and youth, and the prosecutor, who visited the center to know the work in progress.
Another team of missionaries conducted the task of harmonization and preparation of the Nucleus-of-Light of Figueira in Roraima to receive the new group of missionaries that will arrive in the next days.
