At the request of the news agency, The New Humanitarian, the General Manager of the Fraternity – International Humanitarian Federation (FIHF), Friar Luciano, recorded a video interview for the “Meet a Member” section.
Recorded in one of the shelters in Roraima managed by the Fraternity, the interview mainly approaches three guiding questions suggested by the agency: What kind of work is performed by the organization? Where? What are the challenges faced by the organization, and how can the humanitarian sector, in general, support and be involved with organizations such as the Fraternity – Humanitarian (FIHF)? Friar Luciano also talked about the partnership that constitutes the Welcome Operation and about the organization’s action as a focal point for the Sphere Handbook in Brazil.
