Support during the week in the distribution of clothes at Caritas Hellas and help in the organization of the provisions storage.
The work with the Missionaries of Charity of Mother Teresa of Calcutta was conducted in House 1, with the support to the preparation and serving of the meals.
The missionaries also helped the movements and shopping made by the Sisters in several places in the city. At a market, where donations are also raised, food in good condition was collected which had been previously discarded. The group also accompanied the visit of the Missionaries of Charity in a feminine prison with 300 prisoners in the city of Thiva, about 60 km from Athens.
In the Orthodox Church of Saint Theodore, in the city of Anavissos, the missionaries helped the preparation of the meals offered to the poor people of the region and organized the storage of clothes for donation.
Arrival of a new missionary of the Fraternidade – International Humanitarian Federation – coming from Argentina, who will spend 40 days with the group.
