Voluntary cleansing group service and fixing of lunch in the new place of the CRI – Center of Reference to the Immigrant – with the collaboration of everyone, including the children.

“The teen-agers and youths are becoming more independent, they have took on the work in the kitchen, distributed the food, they are depending less on our presence. The change into the new place of the CRI seems to have brought a new perspective to them”, said Maria Auxiliadora, a nun of the Grace Mercy Order.

Several groups of volunteers and representatives of the society went to the CRI and made donations. A group of the Catholic Church donated 150 meals for the dinner.

Two supermarkets of the city of Boa Vista offered to donate vegetables and greens.

Census made by the government of the State of Roraima begun with success, with the filling up of form with personal data and health situation of all the Indigenous refugees that are in the CRI.

“We can see the abundance that is coming to the CRI and perceive that the refugees are more joyous and confident”, said Clara, a missionary of the Fraternidade – International Humanitarian Federation.
